Service scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are finalized through formal project agreements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights are handled according to the signed project contract.

Blitzgital does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services and is not liable for failures outside its reasonable control.
